Pride Chicken
I'm so proud of my coworkers.
T-weezie done good, and so did DJ Patsy.
First, the DJ fnished her project one month ahead of schedule. She had a good deal of help from Smiley, but yeah... one month ahead. Upper management said they were going to use her as an example on "gettin 'r done". Well, not those exact words,..but damnit, someone needs to just go to these upper management meetings and say, "Hey, we done told her get 'r done, an' she up and went done that, y'all!...now gimme a coke!" Ha ha. ah, if i ever become upper management one of these years...be very afraid.
As for T-weezie, he had to do a quick drawing, and he pulled it off in less than a day, from start to approved. Normally, these things take two-three days, but ha ha! he got it done in less than 4 hours. So so proud.
Work was ok friday, as you can tell. Work Erin (i guess i have to differentiate to keep the F/A and work ones separate) is gonna get me to listen to Rent and Wicked. So far, she's given me some lyrics/quotes from Rent, andI have to say, I'm liking it so far.
I need to start exercising again, like I used to. Well, more consistently, at least. It's now the third day without mints, and actually, no cravin' for it. didn't look for it for breakfast on Thursday, Friday, and again today. I'm guessing this will last.
I've got an eye doctor appointment this coming week. Not so much cuz i'm blind like a mofo, but cuz i want new glasses to replace the old ones, and i guess that's why i need to get some scripts for some new ones. ah well, everything has a process.
that's about it on this topic, gonna have to run down to G-town for a few and get some volunteer time. Looks like the rest of the month's gonna be busy each saturday. next week, i've got science fair judging for county. after that, there's volunteering for the NBA All-Star game in Houston. yep yep. After that, no idea. March is around the corner. Hmm. february. frickin valentine's day. *lol* i think i celebrate the Day-AfterValentine's-Chocolate Sale more. damn skippy, mofos. huge price drop. make a note of it if you like chocolate.
