stairway to heaven

"this could be heaven or this could be hell..."

sometimes, life has a direction, i guess. even nowhere is somewhere, sometimes anywhere but here, and sometimes, it's where it's at 24/7 til you take a step. two steps back to go 10 steps forward is not a bad trade-off.

long story short, i took this pic last year in new orleans. you could be on your way up, looking back down where you were, or you're going down. either way, choice is always yours.
