Dear Tatay,
You were my last remaining grandfather.
You fought and survived World War II.
You've been through a lot and everything.
You were getting better.
You were ok last night.
We got the call at 23:27.
I have never heard my dad cry.
Never in 29 years.
We are crying now.
Rest well, Tatay.
Please look down on us and pray for us as we will pray for you.
Tears from heaven for tears on earth.
Tears on earth for an angel in heaven.

bum, im sorry to hear about your grandfather...it did seem like he was doing well. i pray that God will provide you and your family w/ comfort during this time.
