thursday night
pulled the truck in the driveway
and i've got maroon 5 playin

i like that
i don't know why
it takes me away
my mind at least

so i turn off the engine
but keep the cd playing
i'm singing along
i like this song
it's been on repeat for awhile
i like it
i'm still singing to it

the garage door is closed
i get out of the truck
i get inside and sit a spell
but after awhile
i pull up media player and i play some songs
i cheat and cut through the line
vienna teng will have to wait a little bit
right now,
i'm marooned
and she will be loved
and i'm still singing
not on repeat this time
but just once
and that's the fun part
really

no one watching
