today was appropriately a shirt and jeans day, well...it's 2am now, so yesterday... moved stuff out of the lab, and now the room looks so much bigger. more stuff to do tomorrow, starting off with a meeting. hope that one goes well. on another note... i had issues on something, and someone thought it was personal. i don't understand why. i'd tried to make my point clear, but i guess the fact that i felt that item should not have taken THIS long to finish was showing. can't help it. something like that SHOULDN'T. it's under my direct watchful eyes now, so hopefully it will not be as bad from here out.
went to the mall for lunch with Hailz. had a grilled chikken sammich with fries and the drink combo, but the main purpose was to pick up some of the figs from Sin City Wave/Series 2. They've been showing on eBay, but they'd been charging a lot for them, not to mention the shipping. Other places had been selling them for normal, but again, the shipping was just blah. anyways, i got them for really good prices, and prettymuch picked up the ones i'd wanted, especially the two of Miho. mmMmm...yes. Miho.
oh yeah...where was i? after lunch...paperwork, reviews, etc etc. fun fun, not complaining, but i also had a final to take tonight...and that class started at 5:45. so yeah... didn't leave work til 6:10... called the school saying that i will be there to take the test...just running really late. understatement. we covered the exam material in 3 classes. the last coverage was last thursday. was supposed to take the test on tuesday (we had an option of tues. or thurs.) but, i wanted to say hi to my Cuz so thurs... which meant... didn't study on Monday or Tuesday... Weds? nope..didn't study then either. Thurs? day of exam...h'yeah..so got to the school, went over the notes for 15 mins, then went in to take the exam. did what i could in about 30 or so minutes... and the instructor graded the exam and also let me know what i made in the class. i had done some calculations and apparently all i needed to pass with an A was to make a 50-something...but still.
Awesome thing is, i actually made a 94 on the test, and a 98 for the class... so yay for A.
said hey with BabyG for a few, and then got home. got dinner sorta prepped, then said hey with Cin City. Nothing on ebay, but i saw a lot of cool sunsets and buildings and stuff.
oh yeah...i've said i hated match.com a few times, but last night/weds, actually went ahead and deleted accts from match and yahoo. ah well.
other than that... that's about it. right now, i reckon i'm gonna up and sleep cuz it'll be a way early day in a few hours. :) but as Derelique would say, What's fer lunch?
