What's his name

An American, Englishman and Australian go for a job together. The employer couldn't decide between the three so told them he would give them a situation and a question to think about for 24 hours and whoever gives the best answer will get the job.

The situation:
A man and woman are in bed together, naked. The woman is lying on her side facing away from the man. The man is lying on his side facing the woman.

The Question:
What is the man's name?
The three come back 24 hours later.
The American goes in and says "there is no way to know his name". He doesn't get the job.
The Englishman goes in and says "given all the information that you did, thereis no way to determine the mans name". He doesn't get the job. The Australian goes in and says "well given the information, I have narrowed it down to two possible names. Willie Turner or Willie Poker"



And the woman's name? Betty Dont.
