How cool is that???

Ok, so like... since maybe 8pm tonight, my email had been a wee bit messed up.
So i thought, maybe it's just a server issue.

Hrm. Somehow, the port was off, dunno how since I didn't change anything.
Anyway, I went to my ISP's website and tried to do the instant chat thing to get a quick answer since i could connect, just not check or receive email. Even that thing was messed up, so while i kept trying that again, i went ahead and dialed the tech support. Irony. I used to do tech support, and at work, i still sometimes help out with tech support. But even tech support needs tech support. One of life's lessons, ya don't know it all, and ya always need help.

So anyway, after wading through all of the dial options, i waited for an technical associate, and the one who answered the phone...well,...she had a really nice voice. *lol* Laugh, go ahead, i -am- incorrigible. But in the process of checking all the settins, while we were waiting for something, I asked where she was located. I had once gotten India, and another time, Florida. This time... a small frickin world, and "how cool is that???"... she was in Manila, Philippines.

I was so close and tempted to ask if she was single. Anyways, she was surprised cuz she said i didn't sound filipino. And of course i'm smirking and replied well, when i talk tagalog, it comes out. But normally, i sound texan. I don't think we have a word for redneck in the Philippines...and if we did, it wouldn't be redneck.

Anyways, that was cool. Email is back to working again, and she's prolly later gonna tell her friends she got a Flip in Texas. Ok, so I'm vain. But still, how cool is that?
