Swiss Parliament...a.k.a...

the House of the Swiss Cheeses. Heh heh. Ok, so really, the plaza looked pretty spiffy, and the view of the rest of the city from the other side of the Parliament building was beautiful.

From what I was told, you have Parliament, and then you also have some Council members or something that they elect. There's like... 7 or 9 of these elected folks. They serve terms, but pretty much, do a decent job, you keep getting elected at a Council member and become President for a year. Well, that's the gist of it.
